Before you get started

Clear answers.
Better decisions.

A useful first conversation starts with your goal, not a long list of acronyms.

We have a client deadline. Where should we start?

Share the exact requirement, deadline, service scope and evidence you already have. A gap assessment helps separate what is essential now from the longer-term work, so the proposed plan is grounded in your starting point.

Do we need ISO 27001, SOC 2, or both?

That depends on your customer requirements, contractual commitments and intended assurance audience. ISO 27001 addresses an information security management system; SOC 2 is a CPA examination and report on relevant controls. A combined roadmap may reduce duplicated effort where both are needed.

Will CyberVantage360 issue our certificate or SOC 2 report?

Consulting and readiness support must be distinguished from independent assurance. ISO certification decisions belong to the selected certification body. A SOC 2 attestation report is issued by an independent licensed CPA firm. The scope and responsibilities should be clear before engagement.

Can you support a team with limited in-house expertise?

Discuss the skills and time available in your team. The engagement can then be scoped around assessment, practical implementation support, training and ongoing governance needs. Specialist delivery arrangements and availability are confirmed before engagement.
